This class is your first step into the cleanse. Over the next three days, you’ll repeat this sequence of postures, breath, and meditation to release fear and density stored in the root chakra. Expect emotions, thoughts, or memories to surface as you clear what no longer serves you. Each practice is a deep cleanse — taking out the trash — so you can feel grounded, lighter, and reconnected to yourself.
