What is Light-Body?
The name is not incidental. It points to something real.
When we begin to cleanse the layers of stress, trauma, and conditioning stored in the body — when we regulate the nervous system, rewire subconscious patterns, and return to ourselves — we begin to align with something far subtler and more intelligent than the mind alone. A union of mind, body, and subtle body. This is the light-body. Not something to achieve. Something to remember.
It is the healing intelligence that was always there, beneath the noise.

Who do I work with?
The one who burned out in their career and doesn't know who they are without it. The one who just left the relationship and is rebuilding from the ground up. The one who has awakened — but still finds herself caught in the same patterns. The one whose nervous system is fried. The one who whispers, there has to be more than this.
I know her well. I was her.
What do I offer?

I didn't need more healing. I needed to rewire my entire system.
That realisation didn't come from a training or a textbook. It came from living it — through burnout, grief, abuse, a spontaneous Kundalini awakening I didn't ask for, and years of wandering monasteries, ashrams, and ancient grounds across the world, learning to trust the voice inside me I had spent a lifetime running from.
I am Deva Harijot — founder of Light-Body, Kundalini Yoga teacher, breath work facilitator, and nervous system guide.
My work is built on something I call Regulated Awakening — a method born from the intersection of ancient yogic technology and modern understanding of how the brain and body hold, and release, what no longer serves us. Through Kundalini Yoga, kriya, pranayama, breath work, somatic practice, and neuro-rewiring,
I create intimate containers for those ready to stop managing their experience from the outside — and begin meeting it from within.
Beyond the work
I am also the founder of The Violet Project — a global, community-led initiative bringing nervous system and well-being tools to children in underserved communities around the world. Named for my grandmother Violet, whose passing in 2020 was the moment that drew the curtain and changed everything.
Every child deserves to feel safe in their own home — their body.
