Children are the evolutionBorn through lived experience and direct service, The V!olet Project travels globally to support village schools and community spaces, offering children embodied tools that nurture grounded futures rooted in presence, care, and self-connection.
My "WHY"My personal journey has taken me around the world. Along the way, I have been connected with village children, orphanages, refugee schools, and underserved communities.
Healing from Complex PTSD, my own path was about returning into my body — learning how to feel safe, regulated, and confident within myself. Through this process, embodiment became a doorway to stability, resilience, and trust.
Through the V!olet Project, I share these embodied tools with children who can benefit from them most — tools they can carry forward into their lives. No child should be left behind. Every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and at home within their body.
