Meeting Your Stress Response
One activation kriya practised daily for 7 days. We don't bypass the stress response — we befriend it. Breath of Fire and sympathetic activation practices that teach you to move through intensity rather than avoid it.
The Body Keeps the Score
One release kriya practised daily for 7 days. Trauma and stress live in the tissues. Somatic release — shaking, spinal movement, cold exposure breathwork — to discharge stored survival energy from the body.
Opening the Heart Center
One heart kriya practised daily for 7 days. The heart bridges the body and the higher self. Heart chakra kriyas, compassion meditation, and practices that build co-regulation — your capacity to feel safe with others.
Speaking Your Truth

Coming Home
