I spent the first half of my adult life living from my head, running from my body, and wondering why I felt so far from myself. High-functioning on the outside. Chronically dysregulated and exhausted in a way no one could see.

Kundalini yoga found me at my lowest. Within 40 days of daily practice, something fundamentally shifted. I didn't just feel better — I felt like myself for the first time in memory.

I've spent the years since studying the science of why, training in somatic coaching, and building a structured container for others ready to do this work. This program is the one I wish had existed for me.

wants to ask

Do I need experience with Kundalini yoga or meditation?
None at all. The program is designed to meet you exactly where you are. We begin with foundational practices and build gradually. Many of our most transformed participants had never done any yoga before joining.
How much time does this require each day?
Daily practice runs 20–45 minutes. Weekly live calls are 90 minutes. Allow another 10–15 minutes for journaling. This is a commitment, and a sacred one. We ask that you protect this time for yourself.
What if I miss a live call?
All calls are recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. While live participation deepens the co-regulation experience, we completely understand that life happens. You won't fall behind.
Is this appropriate if I have a trauma history?
Yes — and we move carefully. This program is trauma-informed. We always offer modifications and never push past your edges. That said, this is a group program, not individual therapy. If you're currently in acute mental health crisis, we gently recommend working with an individual therapist first.
